video conference being scheduled

I am in the process of scheduling a video conference for the U.S.
groups to join into the upgoing muon working group meeting on the 7th
of March. There are virtually no reasonable time slots available, so I
am aiming at an unreasonable one. The nominal time will be
4:30 am - 7:30 am PST. The further east you live, the happier you will
be with this arrangement. I am trying to schedule:
CIT
infn-rome
indiu
umich
harvard

I don't guarantee all will succeed. Conference scheduling is *much*
worse than it used to be. If you are definitely not interested in
having somebody from your institution participate, let me know and we
will not include your site. And if you just want to complain about how
early it is, remember that I will have to get up the earliest!
