New ERP Trigger Processor for 1C13/14/15/16

Since run 17548 (03-MAY-1999) and until run 17558 (05-MAY-1999),
1C13/14/15/16 resulted dead for ERP. This was due to a bad Trigger
Processor CAMAC module. The module was swapped today with one of the
spares. We run all ERP calibrations and verified that the new module
behaves OK.
The first good run after the swap should be 17561, 05-MAY-1999.
